Writing Center Spring 2024 Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Policy
To ensure that our sessions are available to as many students as possible, please refrain from last-minute cancellations (cancelling within 1 hour of appointment start time) or “no shows” (not attending the appointment). Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean that the appointment does not become available in time for another student to benefit from it.
It’s, of course, okay to cancel if you need to. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 hours before your appointment start time. You can cancel by going to Retain or calling the THINK TANK Front Desk at 520 626-0530.
Excessive last-minute cancellations or “no-shows” will result in all subsequent appointments being cancelled pending a consultation with a WC administrator.
How to Sign Up
You can use the scheduling system Retain to sign up for a free tutoring appointment. Limit two per day, and please schedule same-day appointments at least 30 minutes apart.
- Click the button below to sign in to Retain with your NetID and password.
- In the THINK TANK Services box on the right side of your Retain dashboard, you can click the blue Writing Center button and then select a service.
