Frequently Asked Questions

Registration Questions

All students enrolled in Math Exam Prep supported courses will receive an invitation via email to register for a session one week before each exam.  We recommend signing up right when you receive the email, so you don’t miss any emails with important session information. Registration remains open until the session is full or the session begins (whichever happens first).

Check your junk and spam folders to see if the email ended up there. If you cannot find the email, please contact our reception desk staff.

If an Exam Prep session you want to attend is full, please contact us.

We offer multiple sessions for each exam. Each session for a given exam covers the same material. We encourage you to only sign up for one session per exam unless you feel you would benefit from reviewing the same material more than once and want to pay for multiple sessions.

Fees and Cancellations

Each Exam Prep Session costs $25 and is billed directly to your Bursar’s account after the session has occurred.

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. You will be billed for any session you sign up for and do not cancel on time. No refunds will be issued for sessions that are not attended.  

You can cancel sessions in our scheduling system. If you cannot cancel in the scheduling system, you must contact our reception desk staff. If you call when we are closed, please leave a voicemail. Do not contact the Exam Prep Leader directly to cancel. 

Other

We do not sell Math Exam Prep packets separately from the session. 

These THINK TANK services are different. Math Exam Prep sessions are available for undergraduate math courses at the university, while Test Prep supports students who are preparing to take the LSAT or MCAT.
