Cynthia Guillen

Hello! My name is Cynthia Guillen. I am one of the Supplemental Instruction (SI) Coordinators at THINK TANK and I assist with creating a comprehensive Supplemental Instruction Program through leadership, coordination and supervision of SI Leaders and activities. I graduated from the University of Arizona in May 2021 with a Bachelors in Literacy, Learning, and Leadership and a Minor in Spanish. As an undergraduate, I worked as an SI Leader which allowed me to gain great experience and skills that were particularly important in connection to my own education. This prompted my interest to what learning looks like in a variety of educational settings and the ways to help student academic success. I am very excited to be a part of this team that in many ways allows me to explore this interest and passion along with the opportunity to learn so much more!
