Marco Cubillas

Hello there. My name is Marco Cubillas and I am excited to be teaching SAS100AX this year. I enjoy teaching and working with students to do well academically and in life. I understand how challenging life can be for a student while pursuing a higher education. I obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree from Community College of the Air Force, an Associate of Science degree from Pima Community College, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona. Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Arizona as well.

One of the best things in Tucson is the great food from around the world, and relatively close to the main UofA campus. Finding good spots to eat has become somewhat of a hobby for me. From Mi Nidito to Carusso’s to Trident Grill to Tumerico to many others. Ask me about my favorites!
