The THINK TANK offers Math tutoring support, and lots of it. Whether it’s College Algebra, Calculus I, Calculus II, or Business Math, the THINK TANK offers lots of ways to get Math assistance. We can help you with: MATH100, MATH105, MATH 109C, MATH111, MATH112, MATH113, MATH120R, MATH124, MATH125, and MATH129. Limited tutoring is available for MATH 115 A/B.

Math Drop-In Tutoring

Drop-in Math tutoring is available during various hours at all locations. Here’s how it works: Bring your textbook, laptop, or assignment, and have a seat at the table. When you want help, put your name on the whiteboard on the wall and the tutor will call your name when it’s your turn. Drop-In Math tutoring is FREE. Check the calendar for times and locations.

Quick Question Drop-in Math Tutoring

Do you have a quick math question? Quick questions that will take less than 3 minutes may be directed to our Quick Question Tutor. Check in at the front desk, let the Front Desk Assistant know that you have a quick question, and you will be directed to the Quick Question Tutor. Check the calendar for times and locations.

Math Online Tutoring

The THINK TANK offers FREE, drop-in online tutoring for writing and Math 100-129 (excluding Math 115A/115B). Check the Online Tutoring page for more information.

Math By Appointment Tutoring

The THINK TANK provides individualized tutoring for Math 100-Math 129. This is a fee based service. Call (520) 626-0530 at least 48 hours in advance to request a tutor.

Math Weekly Course Reviews

Weekly Course Reviews are FREE, one-hour study sessions that meet once a week. We currently do not offer Weekly Course Reviews for the Spring 2012 semester. Check the calendar for the days and times of other math support.

Math Exam Preps

The THINK TANK offers two-hour, course specific Exam Preps in some math courses. Our tutors will work with you to identify potential test questions using your lecture notes and assignments, practice effective test-taking strategies, and get one last study session in before the big day!
