I am a graduate assistant in the tutoring program and Ph.D. student in higher education. I have completed graduate coursework in public policy, political science, and sociology and earned an M.P.A. degree as well as B.A. degree in international studies with a minor in economics. In doctoral work, my research interests are in comparative higher education policy focusing on the United States and Europe. I studied abroad in England for a year and spent four years teaching and studying in France and Austria. I speak French and German. A greatly valued part of my teaching positions has involved developing a positive rapport with students.
